'Spring' is the first seasonal dinner and extravaganza in a annual series with collaborators Trailhead Coffee, Ranger Chocolate, Petite Monde and Cup & Bar. We are serving up a scrumdillyiupmtious five coursed meal that incorporates all of our craft and celebrates the spirit of Spring. The evening's offerings will be paired with wine from the fabulous Amalia Roberts of Petite Monde Wines. The evening will be curated by farmer Megan Denton of Able Farms and feature music and surprises. Come to eat, drink and love!

Our Story

Trailhead Coffee Roasters and Ranger Chocolate Company teamed up to create Portland's first coffee and chocolate tasting room. Think café culture where ethically sourced, small-batch coffee meets handmade, deeply flavorful chocolate to create total bliss. We serve light, satisfying dishes and other libations. And, if you’re interested, you can sample our beans and learn about the craft of specialty coffee and chocolate making.

We are located in the old Stark Vacuum warehouse on MLK, just one block north of the Burnside Bridgehead.

Ranger Chocolate Factory Tour & Tasting

While everyone loves chocolate, very few understand how it's grown and then turned into our most beloved food. On the tour, you will learn about the various states of chocolate and the process of making chocolate from bean to bar. Also on the tour you'll taste chocolate from its raw form, liquid form, and final bar form. Each guest ends with a drinking chocolate to enjoy in the cafe.
